Partnership audit — what exists, what's broken, what to kill. Partner ICP defined. Channel architecture built: which activation modes (creator content, community partnerships, event activations, practitioner programs) fit this product and stage. Outreach system designed, first targets identified.

First Partnerships Activated

First 3–5 partnerships sourced, negotiated, and live. Agreements signed, activation plans in place, reporting started. Warm intros from my creator and community network where relevant.

The math. A full-time head of partnerships at your stage runs $100–140K before benefits. This engagement builds the channel that hire will inherit — and gives you four months to see whether the channel justifies the headcount. Most clients use the engagement to define the exact role they want to fill next.

After the build

Channel Advisory — what happens next.

Once the channel is running and your team owns it, some clients want ongoing support for new partner vetting, quarterly strategy, and course corrections. Channel Advisory is available at $2,500–3,000/month — month-to-month, 30 days notice to cancel. We decide together at the end of Month 4 whether it makes sense.
