Your competitors can copy your product, your pricing, even your content. They can't copy a community-led partnership channel built on genuine trust. I build that channel — from the first partner conversation to a running program your team can own.
B2B SaaS at Series A–C with a product your buyers discuss in communities, follow creators who cover, or use as practitioners. No dedicated partnerships hire. Someone on your team managing creator relationships reactively, no tier structure, no partner ICP, no reporting.
The channel has potential. You have no infrastructure. That's what I build.
Partnership audit — what exists, what's broken, what to kill. Partner ICP defined. Channel architecture built: which activation modes (creator content, community partnerships, event activations, practitioner programs) fit this product and stage. Outreach system designed, first targets identified.
First 3–5 partnerships sourced, negotiated, and live. Agreements signed, activation plans in place, reporting started. Warm intros from my creator and community network where relevant.
Milestone 1 targetPartnerships in motion. First attribution data coming in. Reporting cadence established. Next wave of partner targets in outreach. Feedback loop between activations and channel strategy refined.
Full channel documentation. Attribution and reporting framework your team runs going forward. Job description for the internal hire who takes this over. Everything your future head of partnerships needs to inherit a working program.
Milestone 2 targetMilestones are defined together at kickoff. If scope shifts for reasons outside my control, we reset milestones together.
The math. A full-time head of partnerships at your stage runs $100–140K before benefits. This engagement builds the channel that hire will inherit — and gives you four months to see whether the channel justifies the headcount. Most clients use the engagement to define the exact role they want to fill next.
If you've already done the Channel Diagnostic, the $2,500 fee credits toward Month 1.
Once the channel is running and your team owns it, some clients want ongoing support for new partner vetting, quarterly strategy, and course corrections. Channel Advisory is available at $2,500–3,000/month — month-to-month, 30 days notice to cancel. We decide together at the end of Month 4 whether it makes sense.
My 8+ years of career has been a series of pivots driven by curiosity — from UX design to film production to global marketing — and every chapter has taught me something about trust, collaboration, and creative courage.
I've worked with brands and communities that value storytelling, learning how to connect people, ideas, and purpose. Today, I bring that breadth of experience to build campaigns and partnerships that resonate but also perform.
30-minute scoping call. I'll tell you within that call whether I think the fit is right and what the channel looks like for your specific product. If yes, onboarding starts within two weeks.
